Each team will be composed of 11 drafted Pokémon. Players will receive 1000 points to use for drafting, any leftover points will be used for selecting Z captains.
- Players may only draft 1 Pokémon from the mega tier. Players may draft their Pokémon in any order.
Players must declare their Z Captains the week before their match. Otherwise they will not be permitted to use Z moves during that match.
No two players may draft Pokémon of the same species.
Pokemon that have their Hidden Ability may not have moves that could not be obtained legally with their Hidden Ability.
Forfeits are a 0-6 loss, or a 6-0 win.
If any player forfeits twice during the season, then they will not be permitted to return until the next main season.
The Pokémon selection order will be determined by using the !roll command. Each person will type -roll 100 and send the message to the # draft_chat.
The order will then be determined by the lowest rolled number drafting first. If two people roll the same number, they will both roll again.
Example: the numbers rolled are 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 50, 60 so both players who rolled 50 roll again. The first person rolls 30, and the second person rolls 25. The picking order is: 10= 1st 20 = 2nd 30= 3rd 40=4th 50=5th second person 50=6th first person 60=7th Once the end has been reached, the order reverses and the last coach gets 1st pick
Drafting will take place every day from 12:00 to 23:59 for the week specified in #announcements per season.
After 23:59 players will not be skipped until the draft resumes at 12:00, however coaches can still draft if it is their turn.
Monday through Thursday will be the slow portion of the draft, in which coaches will have 1 hour to select a Pokémon in #draft chat.
Friday and Sunday will be the fast draft in which coaches will have 10 minutes to make a selection in the same channel as the slow draft.
Any unused points from a coach’s draft will be added to their z point total.
If a player is late when it's their turn to pick then they will be skipped; unless they leave drafting instructions with a GM.
If a player is skipped then they must make their pick up at the end of the draft.
If a player has been skipped once then they may be skipped via vote.
If a coach gets 5 votes during their pick then than they will be skipped. To vote to skip just add the :track_next: emote to their @mention.
If a coach's draft does not meet the requirements listed in the League Rules section of the rules then the following protocol will be followed:
The most recent Pokémon drafted must be dropped until affected coach’s draft is within the parameters of the rules.
If the make-up draft has not yet been completed, then the coach will fill any vacancies by participating in the make-up draft until they have a full team.
Any new Pokemon obtained in this way will count as a free agency trade, and not be usable in the coach's next match.
Any coach that received a skip during the main draft will be placed into the Make-Up Draft, by order of least picks remaining to most picks remaining;
a coach's score will be used to break a tie.
During the Make-Up Draft coaches will be given 1 hour to complete their draft in the first round.
At the end of the second round, if any coaches have vacancies in their draft, then they may draft them all at once after the draft has started.
All Pokémon used in battle must be set to level 100.
Players may only draft Pokémon from the _Tier List_ page of the most recent doc posted in #docs. Requests can be made to add a Pokémon that is not listed.

Each player will be allowed to make three trades. If a Pokémon that has been made a Z Captain is traded, then its Z Points will be refunded to that player.
Z captains may also be dropped for free in the event that a player would go over their Z point total when making a swap.
Players may trade Pokémon at their own discretion. Just inform a GM of the trade, and post in # trades.
Players may trade multiple Pokémon at one time, as long as they have met the following criteria:
They have at least two trades remaining, an S Tier Pokemon, T1, T2, T3, T3, T4, T5, and a point total that is not less than 0 (Factoring in their S Tier Pokémon).
At any time after the draft, a player may trade one of their Pokémon for an undrafted Pokémon.
However, once the play offs start 'free agency trades' may no longer be made.
All trades will be effective the week after they are made.
Trades may not be made with eliminated players.
_A player may cancel a trade if all of the following conditions are met:
If it is still the week that the player made the trade, and they haven't played their match yet, and if no other trades have been posted since your trade.
When trading with a player, once one of the players has left a comment in #trades specifying the details of the trades,
the other player must leave a message of approval to make the trade legal; giving the comment a "thumbs up" emojii will also suffice.
After Week 5 trades may no longer be made.
Players must leave a message in #match times that is @name mentioning their opponent with a time they are free to have the match
by Wednesday; it does not have to be a specific time, and after this players are free to figure the rest out in a private message.
Example of a valid message: Context: Coach A is attempting to schedule a message with Coach B on Wednesday before 23:59 Coach A: @Coach B I am free this weekend Friday-Sunday from 15:00 to 22:00. Are you free to play our match in that time frame? If a player fails to leave a message by Wednesday, and they have not made public plans to play their opponent, then on Thursday at 12AM EST their opponent can call Activity.
Matches cannot end in a tie. If a match is not played by the deadline, then a winner will be determined based on the conversation that took place in #match times.
All matches are due on Sunday at 12PM (Noon) EST. Extensions will not be given.
If a match is scheduled after the weekly deadline, then in the event the match is not played this will be counted against the coach who scheduled the time.
All replays will be checked by a GM (green names) for legal movesets and abilities. You can message a GM to have them check over a replay if you think that something wasn't quite right.
If an illegal move or ability is caught during a match then the match will continue. At the end of the match, it will be evaluated by the GMs, and a ruling will be made.
Any discrepancies caught after the match will be evaluated by the GMs and appropriate action will be taken. This could result in a forfeit.
The GMs will have the final say about how the match will proceed if there is a discrepancy during the match after both players are interviewed.
A match may be examined for discrepancies anytime within seven days after it has been played. After that the results are final.
